Ingredients
| 400 g | Cottage Cheese | |
| 4 pc. | Egg | |
| 1 pinch | Salt | |
| 130 g | Pesto, grønn | |
| 20 g | Ruccula | |
| 50 g | Cherrytomater, røde | |
| 70 g | Spekeskinke, skiver | |
| 100 g | Fetaost | |
Instructions

Bland cottage cheese, egg og salt til en jevn røre. Hell på et bakepapirkledd stekebrett. Stek i ovnen på 175 °C i 30–35 minutter til den er gyllen.

La wrapen avkjøle litt, og løsne den forsiktig fra bakepapiret.

- Smør pesto på wrapen. Legg på ruccola, tomater, prosciutto og fetaost. Rull wrapen fra kortsiden, og del i fire porsjonsbiter.
