MOTD w/Ryan – Talking (7/24)

Ryan does things when he wants to, not when we prompt him to. So he hears what we say and what we repeat over and over to him but will say it only when he feels like it. Like during bath time, I always tell him this is “duck duck” and this is “pig pig” with his bath toys, usually he will smile at me. But one day, out of the blue, he was holding onto the duck and yelled out “duck duck” and had a huge smile on his face, which put a huge smile on my face too.
After his birthday party, we were standing by our car and everybody was saying bye and Ryan actually threw in a “bye bye” to Peter (I think). It was so cute!
