MOTD w/Ryan – Teething (5/7)

I was giving Ryan his bath and always start off washing his face and then his gums. I rubbed the top gums and felt the little bud that’s been there for almost 4 months but hasn’t cut through his gums yet and then rubbed the bottom and felt something against the towel. I was super excited and said to Ryan, “Did you cut your first tooth???” and the little guy just smiles at me. I rub his gum with my finger and feel his first tooth. Very very exciting!! It appeared just a week before he turns 10 months.
It was hard to actually see the actual tooth. Every time we tried, he would stick his tongue out too, but I did get a glimpse of it as did Nora and my Aunt Betty. My dad tried to get a picture of it but he was not successful.
