Week 24 (or 16 Weeks Left)

I’m in week 24 of my pregnancy, or I have 16 weeks left to my pregnancy, whichever sounds less scary.
- I still have PUPPP and am trying to deal with it.
- BS has learned to pedal kick and has learned to punch and kick at the same time. Fun!
- We haven’t come up with a name for BS yet.
- BS has been more active with moving around in there.
- I’m still amazed that I have he is in me. It just doesn’t seem natural that my baby is in there, growing and feeding off of me.
- BS still only likes the right side, I have no clue why. But I did catch him on the left side yesterday for a split second. Or maybe he’s getting too big to fit on one half.
- My belly button is almost all flat now.
- I’m still not used to sleeping on my left side.
- We’ve started to actively look for a 2 bedroom apartment in the same neighborhood. Yes, we are spoiled.
- I want to go in for some pampering but can’t go for a massage because of the PUPPP (it has slowly moved towards my back) and can’t get a facial because I volunteered to test a product for a month and it would compromise the effectiveness of the product. Drats!
- I think, that for the most part, when I have my coat on, it’s still not really noticeable that I’ve got a pregnant belly.
- I’m still waiting to see one of his body parts to protrude from my belly. I think it will be kind of freaky the first few times, but I can’t wait for it to happen.
- Baby Sham is probably over a pound now and is about the size of a papaya. He’s also starting to sprout nipples.

i haven’t read it yet, but want to. maybe when i’m on maternity leave.
could you imagine if i was done when the belly button pops out?? we are definitely not ready for that yet. it’ll just start peaking out of my shirts.

did you ever read the twilight series? there was a part of one of the books about a baby feeding off of its mother, while still in the womb. in case you want to read it, i dont want to ruin it for.
so when your belly button pops out, does that mean you’re done? and would you make a ‘ding!’ sound?
