Before heading back to NYC, we had a short trip to Savannah. Some of our group went on a trolley tour, my group walked around aimlessly away from the river, but than eventually back to the river to find some food. We did stop by Paula Deen’s restaurant but they couldn’t seat us till around 5pm for lunch. Seriously! It didn’t hit us that we would need reservations. We ended up having lunch by the river at Huey’s. I was excited for my fried oyster poi boy and beignets and they did not disappoint.
