Our third day started off really early. We had a guest speaker, Doug Weaver, who (hopefully) will make our sales team more effective. It was less relevant to me and my team since we knowingly chose not to sell.

Our free team was booked with an activity of either cooking lessons, tennis lessons or a spa session. I choose cooking lessons. Our cooking lesson was at Michael Anthony’s and Michael of Michael Anthony’s gave us our cooking lessons. What’d we cook? Gnocchi. We broke up into teams and it was Ally and me. We had fun peeling, grating, combining the ingredients and finally rolling and cutting our gnocchi. And while preparing all the gnocchi, we also enjoyed our pink prosecco.

We had our gnocchi with a pomodoro sauce, wild mushroom and gorgonzola sauce and a wild sage and butter sauce. All the sauces were delicious but I liked the wild mushroom and gorgonzola sauce the best.

After all the gnocchi, I think most of us skipped dinner since we were so incredibly stuffed. Again, the end of the night ended at the bar where there was some more hanging and drinking. There was also some doodling by Summer on possible tattoos.
