Someone’s Leaving the Original CSI
I’ve been watching CSI: Crime Scene Investigation since the beginning. Back in my TV Guide days we all got assigned three hours of TV and CSI was one of my shows, so I’ve invested a lot into the main characters. But I will say when Jorja Fox left, I was actually extremely happy. I never really liked her and never liked Sara paired with Gil. Though Henry liked her and liked the pairing, so he may have been a little bit bummed, and I, of course, couldn’t help rubbing it in because I am such a loving wife.
If you don’t know who’s leaving by now and you don’t want to know, stop reading.
Gary Dourdan (Warrick) is leaving. I’m bummed. Though I would be bummed if any of the remaining cast members left, though maybe not as bummed if it was George Eads (Nick). He was my least favorite after Jorja Fox At least it wasn’t William Petersen (Gil). I don’t know if I could keep watching if Grissom left.

I’m pretty sure Gil, Catherine and Nick will still be around next season. My guess is that Jorja Fox and Gary Dourdan are leaving/left because they want more money.

i heard he was actually fired and did not choose to leave. wonder what he did to piss off the producers.

gary dourdan was recently arrested and had drugs on him. i guess he had drug problems and was fired over that.

i think everyone in the original cast is great, even Sara, and would be sad if/when they’re all gone. i dont think it would be the same without the original members. why is everyone leaving anyway? with the original cast leaving, i would say that CSI, although great, is at the end of its line. it’s time for it to go, and it should go as a great series. not wait until everyone leaves and have the show end up crappy.
