I get “Hello Oda Chan” as a subject line on my e-mails a lot, especially from people I’ve interviewed. I’m not sure why they think it is a good subject line. It doesn’t pertain to the e-mail at all and it doesn’t scream, “Open me now,” because quite honestly, I know my own name, so [...]
