Strange Display in Barcelona Mall

We were walking through a mall in Barcelona, along the waterfront, and saw this strange display in the middle of the mall. I forget what store it was for and what the promotion was for, maybe those red outfits, or maybe it’s telling me to start wearing strange animal heads? Any guesses?
