Booking Hotels for Europe
I thought we made our final hotel choices for Paris, Barcelona and Rome and only had London to book, but while at school someone mentioned Priceline to Henry and the first thought in his head was “Duh!” So he went on Priceline and booked us a pretty good hotel in London for a very very reasonable price, like $60 a night. Then he started trying to find a better Paris hotel for us. For the same price we were paying, he booked us for a 3 star and I canceled our 2 star hotel. He tried to do the same for Barcelona, but no dice, it’s just damn expensive and our hotel looks pretty good. For Rome, he found a site that had our hotel for cheaper, so he rebooked that one too and cancelled our original reservations.
I think we are officially done now with hotels. Now I have the fun task of booking shuttles buses/vans for us to go from hotel to airport and airport to hotel. Fun, fun, fun!
