Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! Hope you have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving with family, friends or whoever you’re with this Thanksgiving.

We’re going over to Henry’s parent’s, hopefully soon because we have to cook some food. I’m making/buying dessert and Henry is making the potatos. I was talking to my co-worker about that yesterday and she mentioned that Paula Dean had made some sweet potato balls with a marshmallow in the center, rolled in coconut. We’re going to try that and we’re going to try to make regular potato balls with goat cheese in the center, rolled in herbs. I’ll let you know how they turn out.
