24 Finale Questions Answered?

Let’s see how many of my questions were answered…

• How did the bad guys find out that Jack was alive?
  It was never addressed, I guess he was careless.
• Who are the guys in that room that are in control? The ones that keep calling President Logan. (One of them is Paul McCrane, he was Dr. Romano on ER and I think he was killed when a helicopter landed on him, after he also had part of his arm cut off.)
  
  There was a brief call with President Logan and Dr. Romano (did the character have a name?) letting him know that Bierko and Henderson were dead and Jack Bauer was still left to deal with.
• Where is Wayne Palmer? The last we heard from, I think Bill Buchanan took him to a safe place. Is he with Behrooz from last season?
  There was a brief mention of Wayne between President Logan and Martha. She said Wayne should be there with President Logan but Logan didn’t know where he was. I guess he really is with Behrooz.
• Has China found out that Jack is still alive? Are they going to want to put him on trial?
  YES! They know he’s alive, what they are going to do to him we do not know yet, but he was abducted and put on a ship going to Shanghai (or that was the name of the boat). The Asian guy (who was on Rush Hour) said that Jack Bauer was too valuable to kill when Jack asked to be killed. I guess the next season will revolve around Jack escaping from the Chinese.
• Jack has hi-jacked a plane, will he be able to also kill the President?
  Jack couldn’t do it, but President Logan got caught with the help of Aaron Pierce (thank you to TPTB for not killing him, I thought for sure that he was goner when he went back to help Jack), Mike Novick and Martha Logan. Martha really is the best! (Jean Smart really deserves an Emmy nomination.)
• Will Karen do anything about Miles? I knew she couldn’t trust him.
  I guess we’ll never know. Last we saw of her, she was being sent back to Washington. Buchanan wanted to grab breakfast with her but she asked for a raincheck.

On a side note, where has the Vice President been? He’s been MIA for so many hours, you’d think he’d be there with President Logan saying goodbye to President Palmer.

Will there be a whole new cast next January? Will they need a lot of Asian extras? Should Henry and I audition? =)
