The MegaMillions jackpot for tonight’s drawing is $220 million, so given the chance to retire early, I buy, but only $3 for Henry and me. But of course I go to buy it and the guy just stares blankly at me. So I tell him I’m 28 years old and I have ID. He tells me he needs to see it, I give it to him, he does the math and his eyes bug out when I really am not lying and am 28. I know I look young, but you only have to be 18 to buy lotto. The last couple of times I’ve bought alcohol, I never got carded, and the age limit for that is 21. And seriously, if I wasn’t 18 yet and was going to lie about my age, why would I pick an age ten years older, why not just stick with 18, it’s much more believeable.

I did not hit a single one. Back to the salt mines for me.
